Shanghai Maqiao Artificial Intelligence Innovation Pilot Zone has gathered many AI robot technology enterprises. This time, Qiaotian Intelligence won the " 2024 Annual AI Outstanding Contribution Award ", which is a full affirmation of the Maqiao government's contribution to Qiaotian Intelligence in technological innovation, industrial upgrading, talent cultivation and other aspects.
When it was founded in 2016, Qiaotian Intelligence focused on the technological research and development of "intelligentization, modularization, and flexibility" . Through independent research and development of quick-change devices, it has achieved the transformation of robots from "single function" to "intelligent collaboration", enabling automated production lines to "serve multiple purposes", breaking the monopoly of international brands in the domestic robot end-system industry.
After the company's headquarters moved to Shanghai and settled in the Maqiao Artificial Intelligence Pilot Zone in 2022, Qiaotian Intelligence entered the fast lane of development. Through the development strategy of "multi-category combination and continuous creation of new growth curves", it has achieved all-round growth in aspects such as the number of mainstream partner manufacturers, independent R&D and innovation, external joint R&D, sales volume, number of employees, tax revenue, and profitability.
Currently, the Qiaotian intelligent product series includes 6 categories: quick-change plates, magnetic mold change systems, gripping systems, grinding machine series, industrial connectors, zero-point positioning systems, etc.
Among them, the magnetic mold change system, by adopting a high-permeability alloy magnetic pole matrix, only requires 3 seconds for rapid magnetization/demagnetization, helping the injection molding industry to reduce the mold change time from 40-60 minutes to 3 minutes, decrease the positioning error from ±1mm to ±0.01mm, and improve product accuracy by 90%. It meets the production requirements of the injection molding industry for"small batch, multiple varieties".
